Privacy notice
What this website collects about you, why, who receives it, how long it is kept, and what you can ask us to do about it.
Who is responsible
Projects Ocean Ltd. (ПРОДЖЕКТС ОУШЪН ООД), UIC 201418474, registered office at 70-ta Street 2, Simeonovo residential area, Vitosha district, 1434 Sofia, Bulgaria, is the controller of the personal data collected through this website. Write to us at hello@tallyca.com. This notice covers the website tallyca.com. Using the Tallyca platform is covered by the platform's own privacy notice.
What we collect, and why
- When you book a demo: your name, work email, company, type of business, number of sites, and the time and time zone you choose. We use them to arrange and hold the demo and to follow up on it. The legal basis is taking the steps you ask for before a possible contract (GDPR art. 6(1)(b)), and our legitimate interest in following up with a business that asked to hear from us (art. 6(1)(f)).
- When you email us: your address and what you write, to answer you. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in replying (art. 6(1)(f)), or steps towards a contract if that is what you are writing about (art. 6(1)(b)).
- When you visit: the website's host processes the technical data needed to deliver the page and keep it secure, such as your IP address, browser, the page requested and the time. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in running a secure website (art. 6(1)(f)).
- To count visits: Vercel Web Analytics records which pages are viewed, the referring site, and your country, browser and device type. It sets no cookies, stores nothing on your device and does not identify you. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in knowing how the website is used (art. 6(1)(f)).
- To remember your language: if you choose a language, or close the message saying the site is also in Bulgarian, your browser keeps that choice in its own storage on your device, so the message is not shown again. It is never sent to us, and you can clear it in your browser at any time. We show that message if your browser prefers Bulgarian or you are visiting from Bulgaria; our host works out the country from your IP address, your browser keeps that answer for a day, and we store nothing.
What we do not do
This website runs no advertising or tracking, and sets no cookies of its own; the visit counting above is the only analytics. We do not sell personal data, and we do not use it for automated decisions about you. The booking calendar is provided by Cal.com. Its code is fetched from Cal.com when you point at or select a “Book a demo” button, so the calendar opens without a wait; from that moment your browser is in contact with Cal.com, and while the calendar is open Cal.com may use the browser storage it needs to run the booking.
Who receives it
Only the people at Tallyca who need it, and these providers, who process it on our behalf:
- Cal.com: the booking calendar and its confirmation emails. It also receives the technical data any website sees, such as your IP address, from the moment its code is fetched.
- Google (Google Workspace): our email and calendar. A booked demo is added to our calendar with a Google Meet link.
- Vercel: hosting of this website, and its visit counting.
Some of these providers are based in, or give access from, the United States. Where personal data leaves the European Economic Area, the transfer is covered by the safeguards the GDPR requires, such as the European Commission's standard contractual clauses or the EU–US Data Privacy Framework.
How long we keep it
Booking details and correspondence are kept while we are in conversation, and no longer than 24 months after our last contact unless you become a customer, when the platform agreement takes over. Technical data at the host is kept for the short periods the host sets for security.
Your rights
You can ask for access to your data, for it to be corrected or deleted, for its use to be restricted, or for a copy in a portable form, and you can object to our follow-up at any time. Write to hello@tallyca.com; we reply within one month. You can also complain to the Commission for Personal Data Protection (Комисия за защита на личните данни), the Bulgarian supervisory authority, at cpdp.bg.
Do you have to give it
No. A name and an email are needed to book a demo, because we have to know who to meet; the other questions help us prepare, and you can write to us instead.
